Wheee - what's up with the overexposed face? - I look like I had a freaking face lift, there's not a dimple or wrinkle in sight!!!

kommentit: Tämä oli todella helppo malli, sopi mainiosti tv-neuleeksi. Tein simppelimmän version kuin kirjassa jättämällä reunapitisn pois. Pirtin villalanka on ihanaa! Onneksi sitä on lisää toista shaalia varten.

comments: This was a very easy lace pattern, even suitable for tv-knitting! I didn't do the lace edging as I wanted a simpler version. I love this yarn! It's nice to know I have more of it in stash, for another shawl from the same book.

Onpas huivissa kivan näköinen mallineule ja värikin on pirteän keväinen!

Oh that is gorgeous! I might have to buy the book, just for that pattern.

I love the shawl and I think it's wonderful even without the border. I am currently working on a pattern from the same book and getting frustrated over how long it takes to knit the border. For the next shawl I am thinking of going the no-border way, too.
The color you picked is very beautiful. I followed the link to the yarn website to check out the yarn; too bad I don't understand Finnish!

outi, tinna ja carita: kiitos! Väri on luonnossa vähän tummempi ja viininpunaisempi. Todella hankala saada oikeaa väriä esiin kuvissa...

heidi: kiitos! :-)

kris: yes, I do! :-D (well, actually I have some wrinkles, one dimple and even some pimples!):-P

lisa: i really do recommend the book, for all of the patterns! :-)

francesca: thanks! unfortunately the site is only in finnish and swedish... :-(

jacqueline: thanks! geisha girl!? you're killing me! :-D

Todella ihastuttava shaali! Kaunis!
